A periodically updated answer to “so, what are you up to these days?” so that dinner conversations can skip ahead to the interesting parts.
currently building
- PageForge: an AI landing page builder for B2B SaaS, six specialized agents from research to final audit.
- AI Share-of-Voice Analyzer: measures how often a brand shows up when buyers ask AI models for recommendations.
- Asphalt: detecting and mapping potholes with smartphone sensors. Built for Indian roads, auto rickshaws included.
all built in public, with AI agents doing the typing
currently learning
- Corporate finance, properly. The MBA at Tuck is teaching me the grammar of capital.
- How credit underwriting models actually score thin-file small businesses, and where they quietly give up.
- How far AI coding agents can take someone who doesn’t write code. Further every month, it turns out.
interesting questions
- Why did UPI happen in India and not anywhere richer? What else does that recipe make?
- Can open source infrastructure stay open once it touches money at scale, or does capital always re-enclose it?
- What is the credit-score equivalent of my father’s notebook: trust, made portable, without becoming surveillance?
- When everyone can build software by describing it, what becomes scarce? My bet: knowing what to build, and for whom.
things i believe
- Boring technology is a compliment. Money infrastructure should be boring.
- Distribution problems masquerade as product problems far more often than the reverse.
- The unit of community growth is one well-answered question.
- Lived experience is a dataset most companies don’t know they’re missing.
- Writing is thinking. If I can’t write it down clearly, I don’t know it yet.
- Luck is real and enormous. The honest response is to widen the door you came through.
